Student Ambassadors

Are you looking for fun and interactive way to get involved in fostering a healthy environment on campus? Need help finding a resource? Want to know where something is? Connect with a student ambassador! The student ambassador program is a student-led organization that promotes health and well-being initiatives at Selkirk College along with guiding students to resources available on our campus!

With Healthy Campus, the ambassadors host a series of events and initiatives throughout the year to create a sense of connection and to enhance our overall well-being as students at Selkirk College.

Find the student ambassador's office (The HUB) on the Castlegar Campus near the main entrance and watch for an ambassador on your campus. Follow the student ambassador on Facebook where you can also ask your Selkirk College questions through Messenger and to see what events are coming up (Selkirk College, n.d.).

Become a Selkirk College Student Ambassador!

Support Healthy Campus and help students navigate college, student and community life.

Serve as a role model, advocate, and peer mentor to new and continuing students.
Provide students with individualized referrals to campus services.
Encourage and model involvement and engagement in extra-curricular life and Healthy Campus activities at Selkirk College.
